From beginning to end, the purchase, and install of the wood-look ceramic tile, wast phenomenal.

Chris McKinney is super easy to work with and accommodating. Chris brought the installer to do a final review of project who had tips and suggestions regarding the project.

The floor install went smoothly. The two installers, Jason and Kevin, were very professional, and cleaned up each day before leaving. They used an array of tools and gadgets to make sure the tiles were perfect and level.

Chris even stopped by one day to check that all was going well during the install.

The timeframe they gave was dead on, even arriving early February 2, the day of the big snowstorm that closed EVERYTHING in Bloomington. Carpets Plus has met and exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend. We will be going back for the next project of new carpeting!!!!

After she researched the flooring I requested, only to find out it is no longer produced, she worked to find us several comparable products, including ones that nearly looked identical. Very grateful for the service you provided for a friend of our family who would be coming home to recover from a stroke. I had a house on the market in Bloomington and had accepted an offer, there were several things I had to address from the inspection. One item was the kitchen faucet. I turned the shut off valve under the sink off, took a look at the faucet and decided I would come back next Saturday to replace the faucet. I came back the next Saturday and the shut off valve had dripped for 7 days destroying the kitchen floor! I had 9 days till closing! I called Jim Brown at Carpets Plus, explained my situation. He had a nice cherry manufactured hardwood in stock, gave me a great price, and had his guys install it that same week. WOW! They bailed me out big time, put in a great product at a great price and we sold the house as scheduled! Thank you to Carpets Plus Team!

I had a very mixed experience with CarpetsPlus in Bloomington. The sale rep I worked with was very responsive and my carpet was installed in less than a week, with that said the installation did not go as expected. The carpet I selected in the showroom was not the carpet that was installed. Because we are selling this home and busy trying to get everything done we didn't spend the time we should have double checking everything the sales rep told us. A word of warning make sure you double check everything, mistakes do happen. Our sales rep did come to our home while the installers were there and agreed the carpet installed didn't match what we chose. We ended up receiving what amounted to an 8% discount, although I don't believe the quality of the carpet that was installed was the same as what we selected. Chris was not our sales rep, but did his best to assist us when we came into the store to address the problem. He was very empathetic to what happened was genuinely concerned about making sure we were happy. We will use CarpetsPlus in the future because of they handled our problem, but will do a better job ourselves double checking everything before walking out of the store. Steve Hayes was super easy to work with, and we are very happy with the carpet and installation. Thanks for a positive and painless experience!

My wife and I were very pleased with Carpets Plus handling of a problem due to Armstrong flooring that we had them install. The product was defective and separated within a month of installation.Carpets Plus sales man was able to get Armstrong to refund the money and we were able to pick an new product from another manufactures products and have it installed by Carpets Plus at no cost to us. The installers Carpets Plus utilized were able to tear out the old flooring and install the new in a very short period of time reducing the inconvenience to us. Was very nice but their expertise is lacking. They did my floor 2 years ago and it is not doing well because they did not understand how the floor would ride over the underfloor. It is buckling and breaking because it does not have enough support. They will not take responsibility for it and it is going to be my expense to fix. If they had understood and picked a floor that worked better on my underfloor all would have been ok.

Update-Owner called me and wants to fix the issue. Was very supportive and listened to what I was saying. Was responsive to the problem and came up with a solution that I feel will work,
